Attorney Marc A. Moses has had extensive experience in Family Law Matters, Criminal Law Defense, and Estate Planning.

Attorney Moses began defending juvenile and family law Clients in the courtroom in 1999. In family and criminal law, he has a strong background in defending the rights of individuals, and is competent to handle your case from beginning to end, with thorough attention to detail, whether it be in the courtroom or at the negotiating table.

In the face of ever-changing State and Federal law, he is dedicated to working individually with each Client, learning the intricate details of the case and applicable law, building a strategy with the Client, often limiting the number of clients to accomplish these goals. When possible, he answers his own phone, and when that is not practical he endeavors to return phone calls no later than one business day - but often within the hour.
